NBC News featured GrayHouse polling today in a story examining whether Erika Kirk can help Republicans reach young women voters following the death of her husband, Charlie Kirk. The story by NBC News reporters highlights recent polling showing a stark gender divide among Generation Z, with 74% of Gen Z women disapproving of President Trump's job performance compared to just 53% of Gen Z men.


In the piece, GrayHouse founder Landon Wall discusses what Republicans need to do to successfully reach young women. "What [Charlie] Kirk did successfully with men was to normalize being conservative," Wall told NBC News. "He normalized being conservative on some issues that were too controversial to discuss in public, and he made young men either comfortable feeling these things or comfortable saying these things and voting on behalf of them." Wall added that Republicans need a similar cultural strategy for young women: "It has to start culturally before it starts politically. I don't think Republicans can just, in a vacuum, sell their messaging to young women and expect it to work."
