Shantae Making Her Way to WiiWare?
For all those who know and love her, Shantae was a great character back in the day of the Gameboy Color. Her game, titled Shantae, came so late in the Color’s life though that a lot of gamers may have skipped her over for newer games. That isn’t going to be the case anymore though. Siliconera is reporting that at GDC, Voldi Way, the leader of WayForward Technology, is looking at the Wii as a possible home for Shantae.
When asked about how Shantae would arrive on the Wii, Way confirmed that releasing on WiiWare is the plan for the title. No further details were given on the game.
