Which Controller Has the Best Battery Life?

With the console wars raging, gamers want to know the details about each console and the pros and cons that come with. Recently, GamePro did some research to find out which controller had the most battery life. The Xbox 360’s controller came in first with a total of 56 hours and 56 minutes. Personally, I wasn’t really surprised to find that the 360 had the best life because I have only changed my batteries four times since I bought my 360 back in the summer.

Coming in second place is the Wiimote with 36 hours and 43 minutes. One thing to be noted though is that the battery life may be better or worse, depending on how many features you’re using on the Wiimote. If you have the speaker turned all the way up and vibrate on max, then of course, the battery life is going to suffer.

Finishing in last place is the PS3′s controller with 18 hours and 41 minutes. While it may sound like a terrible battery life, the controller is also rechargeable via USB, a feature that will save PS3 owners a lot of money over the life of the console.
