Rumor: Kingdom Hearts 3 Wii Exclusive

Last month’s issue of Nintendo Power stated that a “huge RPG” would be revealed in the March issue. With speculation running rampant, readers were hoping for a big Wii PRG, a genre that is lacking in the Wii. According to a N4G forum poster who claims to have the next issue of Nintendo Power, Kingdom Hearts 3 is the title that is being revealed. Here are rumored details on Kingdom Hearts 3:

  • Kingdom hearts 3 Wii exclusive, developed and published by Square-Enix.
  • Tetsuya Nomura is the game director.
  • Yoko Shimomura is composer.
  • Direct sequel to KH3, but also will reveal interesting things about chains of memories.
  • Sora main character, a new misterious girl is also one of the main characters.
  • Combat system vastly improved, every attack looks “sick”, uses Wii-Remote in a very intuitive way
  • Best looking Wii game, uses normal mapping far more than Konami’s dewey’s adventure, the animations are incredible and the art directon is a little less “kiddie”
  • Winter 2008 release.

Hopefully these rumors will be confirmed true or false soon.

    Please give us some proof!! If you can find anything at all post it! I want this game to come to the Wii so badly, because I never got to play the older games but heard they were amazing.

    ok can we please have a kingdom hearts 3 on the wii, some ppl may have a ps2 with 1 and 2, but cant get or unable to afford a ps3 to get the 3rd, and since square has done games on nintendo before why not do it on both consoles instead of just 1, that way the company can make even more money

    why dont you make it for both the ps3 and wii? and then if it works out you can go on to handhelds.
